1976 Yamaha RD400

When was the last time you saw a 1976 RD400! (It was probably when we had one for sale a couple of years ago at $15990). This one is in better condition and is more original, therefore, better value!

The owner has recently finished restoring it as a runner and is now moving it on to make way for his next project.

>New Wossner forged coated pistons

>Crank split and all bearings and seals renewed
>Carbies reconditioned and reset
>Vape alternator & electronics fitted, with dip switches to change power profiles from original "Nutter" all the way through to "Holy Crap"
>New front brake master cylinder
>Rechromed original Yamaha Exhaust
>Run in and ready to go

Some spares to go with the bike, including original front brake master cylinder, original alternator electrics (if you love messing with points). While the bike looks like it has only done 3000kms, no doubt that is since the clock was replaced.

As it is, it's a beautiful eye-catching bike that runs perfectly.

I cannot find another RD400 for sale in Australia.
